Booking & Cancellation Terms
By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds:
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 7 days before booking start date:
✅ 100% refund of the total booking amount.
Between 7 days and 48 hours before start date:
✅ 75% refund of the total booking amount.
Between 48 hours and 24 hours before start date:
✅ 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 24 hours of booking start time:
❌ No refund available.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible – we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee availability beyond your booking time.
Changes to Bookings
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Weather Policy
We operate in most weather conditions. However, in the rare case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.
Travel Insurance
We recommend all customers have appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellations and unexpected changes.
